New coworking space open in Cincinnati

A new studio rental and coworking space has opened on Cincinnati's East Side, designed to appeal to entrepreneurs, freelancers, and creative people.

StudioCinci is in Eastgate, on Ferguson Drive, and recently had its grand opening celebration. The facility, which is open 365 days per year, 24 hours daily, has 4,000 square feet of space available for coworking, and another 1,200 square feet for use as a photography and videography studio. Those who wish to use the space can become members or rent the facility they wish to use by the hour.

Users can check availability of spaces, track workshops, or schedule appointments via an iTunes app, or by checking the facility's website. StudioCincy's owner, Joshua Reid, said the space has been pared down to the basics in order to provide an all-purpose studio, as well as a comfortable work environment.

For those using the studio, there are a number of options available including audio recorders, paper backdrops, Wirecast production studios, high-quality headphones, and mirrorless cameras. Dressing rooms with closets, as well as vanity mirrors, are available as well. The facility also offers networking events, educational workshops, and computers loaded with Adobe Creative Suite.

Space can be rented in either the studio or the coworking space for various prices, with monthly rates also available. New businesses like this can distribute Promotional Products to early users to help create brand recognition.
