A comedy show that will be hitting the stage near Rockville Centre will prove that laughter is the best medicine while assisting local families that could use a helping hand.
Five different comedians will be taking to the stage to keep the audience laughing in the ‘Rescuing Families’ fundraiser. Fun will be the order of the day, and along with the jokes, there will be lots of other exciting ways for the attendees to make a difference.
Each ticket will entitle the bearer to food as well as wine, beer, and soft drinks. They will also have a chance to view the items that will be included in the raffle and purchase tickets to win one of the prizes. A banner printing company will be able to work with the planners of a function like this to supply Banners, signage, and other decor.
While the evening will be all about fun and laughter, it also has a higher purpose. The funds raised will be used to help pay for needed renovations for area families that have a disabled member and cannot meet the expenses involved in making needed adaptations and repairs to their home.
Rescuing Families has selected Franklin Square’s VFW Post 2718 to host this evening of laughter for a cause. It will be held on March 22, and tickets are $40. Get a Free Quote for Banners
