Rockville Centre studio offers introduction to family yoga

Yoga offers benefits that can be enjoyed by any age, and an in-person session will introduce Rockville Centre families to the practice.

Revolution Yoga, which follows Ayurvedic practices, is a local yoga studio, and it has planned a series of classes for 2023 that will give parent-and-child duos a chance to get their feet wet. It is intended to be an introduction that is both gentle and fun, and tickets are $25 each.

The students in the class will be introduced to a variety of breathing techniques as well as yoga poses, and games and other play will be used as the teaching methods. The session has a runtime of one hour, and everyone is asked to arrive 10 minutes ahead of time so they can get settled in. Tickets are $24 each, and it will be offered in person at the studio located at 7 North Village Avenue in Rockville Centre.

Learning a new activity together can be fun for parents and kids alike. A poster printing company will be able to keep the public in community abreast of any events on offer in their home area.

Revolution Yoga has made plans to offer this introductory class for parents and kids on the afternoon of Sunday, January 22. It will run from 12:15 pm to 1:15 pm.
