Rockville Centre singles to mingle over brunch

Single people in the Long Island area are being invited to an event exclusively for them.

The Co-ed Brunch is a chance to meet other singles in the Rockville Centre area, make new friends, and even network for business.

The midday mixer is open to singles of all ages in the region. The brunch features both breakfast and lunch options on the menu and choice of a Bloody Mary, mimosa, beer, coffee, tea, or soft drink. The price of admission also covers a round-robin introduction, social networking opportunity, and contact list share, as well as gratuity for the servers.

The chances of a romantic connection forming between singles is present, but is not the main focus here. The event is being billed as an opportunity to build up not only social networks, but business networks as well. The hope is that singles might have more in common than movie choices or night spots, and that they might also have common professional goals. Attendees with an entrepreneurial bent are encouraged to bring their premium Business Cards and a little information about their company to the brunch.

The Co-ed Brunch will be held on Sunday, April 3 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Cannon’s Blackhorn located at 49 N Village Ave. in Rockville Centre. Admission costs $27 when purchased in advance or $30 at the door. Anyone interested should check the website for more information.
