A baby shower is a rite of passage for many moms-to-be, and one planned in Rockville Centre will introduce them to the services and supports available to them and their new bundle of joy.
This “future mothers only” activity will connect women from the area with the resources that may help to make their labor, delivery, and postpartum experience go smoothly for them and the rest of the family. A two-hour session, the organizers have confirmed that, for a variety of reasons, the function will not be able to accommodate any birthing partners or spouses.
Attendees will be meeting with an assortment of doctors and nurses from Mercy Hospital, and they can ask questions, gather information, and share their concerns. A complimentary light lunch will be served, and anyone who plans on being part of the workshop will need to submit their request ahead of time.
Along with all of the information, each of the expectant mothers will walk away with Promotional Products and other resources that may be helpful to them in the future. There is no cost to attend the function, and it will run from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm.
Rockville Centre’s Mercy Hospital will host this baby shower style occasion on Saturday, May 13. It will be on offer at 1000 North Village Avenue.
