Rockville Centre families on the lookout for an activity all its members can enjoy will not have to go far, as one such event is on offer in their area next week.
The Levittown Public Library hosts a variety of offerings throughout the summer, and one of these is its schedule of outdoor movie nights. Reservations will be accepted ahead of time, and each individual can receive up to six wristbands to attend the event.
The movie set to be screened is “Raya and the Last Dragon”, which tells the story of a pair of unlikely heroes. For the safety of all the guests, participants are asked to keep social distancing protocols in mind when they claim their space, and they are welcome to bring along seating such as folding chairs or blankets. Snacks are also highly recommended, and the picture will start at 8:00 pm. It may need to be postponed in case of rain.
Many activities like this often depend upon the generosity of local sponsors. The community-minded businesses that choose to do so may appreciate having their Logo Design included in the promotional materials prepared for the occasion.
The Levittown Public Library has made arrangements to host this movie night on August 20. Wrist bands can be reserved starting on July 22, with pickup starting on July 26.
