Rockville Centre fundraiser to celebrate women

An event that will celebrate both Women’s History Month and the role mothers play in the lives of their children has been scheduled for Rockville Centre.

Rescuing Families Inc. will be the recipient of the funds raised during the Afternoon Tea Party that will take place at Chat Noir. While it will be focused on women, men are invited to show their support as well, and the agenda offers food and fun with family and friends.

Attendees will be treated to a full brunch menu as well as a variety of teas, and to help raise even more for the cause, guests will be invited to try their luck in a basket raffle. A wine pull is also on the agenda.

Asking for sponsors for a fundraising event gives local companies the opportunity to show their community spirit. They may be able to donate Corporate Gifts in kind for a raffle or other prize draw, and these may be printed with the business’s Logo Design.

The Afternoon Tea Party fundraiser planned for Chat Noir will begin at 4:30 pm on Sunday, May 19. Tickets are $70.00, and must be reserved in advance by visiting its online listing on AllEvents.in. The listing notes that the activity tends to sell out fast, so those interested are urged to get their ticket as soon as possible.
