A day just for dads is right around the corner, and in Rockville Centre, many families will be making plans to treat the father, or father figure, in their lives to a special meal.
Gatsby on the Ocean will be welcoming dads and other important men for a brunch that will celebrate the role they play. The menu will be served buffet style, with each family having its own assigned table.
The guests at the function will be able to make their choices from a wide selection of dishes, and an antipasto and carving table will be set up, along with a raw seafood bar and a salad station. Sides will be included, as will dessert, and there will be offerings to please the younger diners as well. The adults will be able to enjoy a complimentary glass of beer or wine, and the kids can have soft drinks or another beverage.
Tickets for the brunch start at $79.95 for adults and $19.95 for kids from the ages of 3 to 11. Toddlers and babies in arms will be admitted free of charge. Eateries that host special functions will be able to order printed Menus for these activities from local Stationery printers.
Gatsby on the Ocean in Wantagh has made plans to welcome dads for this special day on June 19. There will be seatings at 11:00 am and 2:30 pm.
