The Community Action for Excellent Health (CAFEH) will be wrapping up February with a Rockville Centre area session planned for those living with diabetes.
The area's diabetic community will be the guests of honor for CAFEH’s Love Your Health afternoon that will be held at Westbury’s Mirelle’s restaurant. It is described as being a positive and uplifting experience, and this will be the second time it has been on offer.
Attendees at the function will walk away with advice when it comes to managing their disease, and it may also be helpful to their family members. Workshops, inspiring stories, and a variety of hands-on health-related challenges will all be in the mix. Everyone will have the opportunity to learn about the CAFEH approach to living a healthy lifestyle and connect with others in their area who understand what they are going through. Tickets to be part of the event are $70 each.
Those who attend a health-related symposium or other learning event may appreciate the chance to gather as much information as possible. A brochure printing company can prepare information packages to distribute, and these may include promotional Pens and other swag.
This afternoon of learning for Long Island's diabetic community will be running from 12:30 pm until 4:30 pm on Sunday, February 23. The venue is located at 170 Post Avenue in Westbury.
