A special fundraiser will soon be coming to the Rockville Center area that will give members of the public a chance to have fun while performing a good turn for kids from the local area and all over the world.
The annual Silver, Gold and Basket fundraiser in support of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital will be back for its 7th year, and everyone is welcome. It will be an elegant affair, with live entertainment and a sit-down meal.
Those who attend will be able to take part in the silent auction, even-split draw, drawing for door prizes, and lots of prize baskets as well. Attendees can choose to purchase a Royalty for the Evening package, which includes prize draw and even-split tickets, as well as dinner, admission to next year’s fundraiser, and other special perks. Each guest will also receive a free bag of swag to take home with them, and ad specialties to use for this type of function can be supplied by an area printer.
The monies raised will be used to help support St. Jude’s hospital, which provides medical care and performs research into a variety of health issues. Contributions or gifts in kind that can be used as prizes for the event will be most welcome, as will donations to the hospital from anyone who wants to help but cannot attend in person.
