Rockville Center invited to have its say

Bethpage has made plans to craft a list of some of the public’s favorite stores, restaurants and people, and input is being sought from Rockville Center residents.

Those who live in Rockville Center, as well as the rest of Long Island, can vote for the enterprise they feel is the best. The voices will be sorted into a variety of categories to help make it easy for people to have their say.

Once the deadline for voting has passed, the results will be reviewed and checked to make sure all the votes are valid, with any that are suspected to be fraudulent removed. UPickEm, which will be acting as a neutral, third party administrator, has organized and will maintain the voting pages to ensure the event goes smoothly.

After the results have been tallied, they will be used to craft the Bethpage's Best of LI publication. According to the organizers, casting a vote is a good way for area residents to support their favorite local businesses. An area printing services provider will be able to use binding technology to craft bound Copies of publications such as this.
