Ballet gives youngsters an opportunity to learn about coordination and movement while having fun, and a Rockville Centre class will teach the basics of the art.
The staff at Baby Ballet Long Island are offering a class for kids from ages one and a half to two and a half years old that will combine classical music with fun and movement, and it has room for up to 12 students. Each of the sessions will run for half an hour, and there are eight in the series.
During each session, the attendees will be led through ballet base exercises, and the kids will learn how to point their toes, do plies and other basic ballet steps. Their mom, dad or guardian can join in the fun as well. While it will be all about having fun, the little ones will also be developing both large and small muscle coordination. The registration fee for the activity is $240.
Ballet and other hobby schools that offer classes to the general public can count on a poster printing company to spread the word to the local area. Many of its offerings can be budget friendly, and can be used in a variety of ways.
These classes, which will introduce the fun and other benefits of basic ballet, will begin on April 27th. The final one will take place on June 15th, and they will be held at 280 Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre.
