Stem cell research company opts for Melville move

BioRestorative Therapies, Inc. recently announced that Melville is now the new location for its corporate, administrative, and laboratory operations.

The company focuses on therapies based on adult stem cells for various personal medical applications. Chief Executive Officer, Mark Weinreb, commented that the company is beginning to prepare for the clinical phase of its Disc/Spine program and the laboratory facility will enable it to advance its research programs as well. The company is also planning to collaborate with many local medical, scientific, and academic institutions on Long Island and in the Tri-State area.

BioRestorative Therapies closed its previous location in Jupiter, Florida. New York State and Suffolk County had worked with company to offer a relocation incentive program so that the cell biology laboratory and its corporate headquarters could move to New York.

The new Melville facility has enabled the company to create a new laboratory facility that will increase its capabilities for additional stem cell-related intellectual property and translational research applications treatments, as well as products and protocols based on cellular biology. It also will include a current Good Manufacturing Practices facility so that the company can develop its lead therapeutic product for its Disc/Spine program.

Most likely, BioRestorative Therapies has used a brochure printing company to help outline the company’s additional capabilities at this new location.
