The hotel has 143 suites and is four stories tall. The property spans 103,555 square feet and is on three acres of land just off Exit 49S of the Long Island Expressway. Broadhollow Road Hotel LLC built the hotel, and the owners include Giaquinto Management, George Tsunis, and Garone Management, among others.
There are 16 suites with two bedrooms, 16 suites with on bedroom, and 11 studio suites. There is a full-equipped kitchen, separate work and living areas, and modern amenities in all suites.
Additional amenities at the hotel include the Gbar & Bistro, which serves cocktails and American cuisine every day, a putting green, and an outdoor fire pit. There is also a fitness venter, an outdoor pool, on-site laundry, and complimentary breakfast. Business travelers will find 1,160 square feet of flexible meeting space as well as computers and printers and access to copying and faxing. Travelers can bring up to two pets per suite.
