Melville riding academy holds annual spring festival

This May, the Thomas School of Horsemanship will be holding their annual Spring Festival & Open House.

There will be pony rides and hayrides throughout the event that guests can enjoy, featuring live animals from the Thomas School of Horsemanship. In addition to riding horses, the school also has activities such as inflatable rides, carnival games, and face painting to entertain the children who come to the event. There will even be educational science displays at the festival.

Food booths will be available at the event for those interested in purchasing any refreshments. There are still a limited number of vendor positions that are open to companies that wish to participate in the festival. Businesses can use banner printing to make sure customers recognize their brand.

The Thomas School of Horsemanship offers day camp programs to children under the age of 15, where those involved have the chance to hone their horse-riding skills while competing in horse shows. There is also a party room that can be rented by parents at the school. Certified trainers help out during birthday parties to give children a chance to ride horses while supervised.

The Spring Festival & Open House will be held on May 19th. The event will begin at 11:00 am and will continue until 3:00 pm. The festival will be open to the community; however, bringing money is recommended to those who wish to purchase any food at the event.
