The Long Island Real Estate Investors Association (LIREIA) will hold a seminar in August at the Hilton Long Island/Huntington in Melville.
Lead Generation: For Off Market Deals is a presentation where real estate investors can learn from industry experts and network with fellow investors. The goal of the seminar is to teach attendees how to discover properties that are often overlooked by the majority. Several professional speakers will be at the event, including Anthony Camardella, Melissa Shea, and John Shea. Guests will also get to hear about the latest market trends from Mike Mulholland.
LIREIA is an organization for real estate investors that provides them with educational resources and networking opportunities. The group can also set up investors with experienced mentors to help them grow their real estate portfolios. The association hosts monthly workshops that focus on different real estate subjects and monthly networking sessions for new and experienced investors. LIREIA is part of the EXIT Realty franchise.
