The Greater Long Island Dental Meeting will take place in April at the Huntington Hilton Hotel in Melville.
The Greater Long Island Dental Meeting is a conference where those in the industry can learn about the latest in dentistry-related technology, supplies, and services. All guests will be treated to a complimentary cocktail reception and may win prizes during the convention’s raffles. A photography contest with a first-place cash prize of $250 will be held throughout the meeting. Attendees can also interact during a free happy hour session.
The convention will have many free courses for guests to join, such as The Yin and Yang of Practice Transitions, Dental Office Design And Construction, and Financial Smarts for Women. People can pay a fee to participate in scientific sessions like Oral Health and Endo Bleaching, and Oral Pathology. Several exhibitors will also be attending the event, including Nobel Biocare, Synergy Dental Ceramics, and Sabra Dental Products.
The meeting will be held on April 12 and April 13. American Dental Association members can pay $195 to participate in the scientific sessions, and non-members may pay $295. Students can attend the courses for free. People who are only visiting the exhibitors do not need to pay, though they must register for the event. Businesses that join conferences such as this can bring promotional Pens to share with their booth visitors.
