The Intercounty Health Facilities Association (IHFA) will be organizing an event to thank certified nursing assistants (CNAs) in November at the Melville Marriott Long Island.
The IHFA Annual CNA Conference is an event where nurses are celebrated for their contributions and dedication to their position. Participants at the convention will receive complimentary breakfast and lunch. Gifts will also be provided to guests, and attendees will have a chance to win prizes. Eventgoers will get to experience an educational program as well. Each participating healthcare facility is asked to only send three CNAs to the conference.
The IHFA is an organization consisting of more than 50 healthcare facilities throughout Long Island. The group cares for over 15,000 patients and provides nursing home services, long-term care, and subacute care. The association organizes several seminars and gives medical professionals an ongoing forum in which to discuss issues concerning healthcare. Organizations like this that hold seminars can promote their informational programs with flyer printing.
The CNA tribute conference will be on Wednesday, November 10 from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. General admission for the event will cost attendees $60 each. The convention will only be open to healthcare facilities affiliated with the IHFA. One Inservice director per facility may also attend the conference. There will be refunds available for the event, and these can be requested from the organizer.
