Liverpool’s annual Good Samaritan Run 5k and 10k will take place during April. The two distances can be run or walked either in-person or virtual.
Tickets for each of the virtual and the live 5k will be $25 and $30 for each type of 10k. The Virtual Kid’s Sprint will be $10. Registration for both events closes on April 8.
The virtual races can be run anytime on the West Shore Trail between April 1 and 30. Times can be uploaded on the USA Racing leader board.
The Virtual Kids Run is for kids from ages 5 to 12. Swag and Kid Sprint shirts sporting this year’s event graphic design may be picked up at USA Racing beginning April 9.
The live 5k and 10k runs will be formatted in waves and runners may choose their wave time when they sign up. Wave times for the 5k will be from 8:00 am to 9:30 am and the waves for the 10k will run from 9:45 am until noon. Packets may be picked up from 11:00 am until 6:00 pm at 6985 Collamer Road, East Syracuse at CNY Racing.
The event website has an online store with beanies, Pint Glasses, and T-Shirts sporting previous years’ graphic designs for purchase.
The in-person 2021 Good Samaritan Run races will take place April 10 at Long Branch Park, 3813 Long Branch Road, Liverpool.
