The 31st Annual Arc Race will take place this September in Liverpool, New York.
Hosted by the Arc of Onondaga Foundation, the event raises critical funding for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Participants can choose from multiple race formats, including a traditional 5K ($45), a 3K Family Fun Walk ($25), and a Kids’ 1-Mile Fun Run ($10). A Virtual 5K option is also available for $30, allowing remote participants to run or walk on their own schedule. Price increases take effect after August 6. Registration includes a T-shirt and water bottle for all participants, and medals will be awarded to children and top finishers in each age group.
The race will also feature the Athletes in Tandem program. The initiative pairs individuals with disabilities with community runners and walkers, promoting inclusion through competitive sports. All registration is conducted online, with packet pickup scheduled for Friday, September 5 from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm at Fleet Feet, 5800 Bridge Street, East Syracuse. On race day, shirts and bibs can be collected at the event's registration area.
Participants should be there for the start of the Kids’ Fun Run at 8:30 am, the Family Walk at 8:35 am, and the 5K at 9:00 am.
