The Innovative Bead Expo will be coming back to town in a few weeks. This year the theme will be ‘Back Again!’
Although the show is primarily for retail sales to the public it will welcome bead shops and designers interested in purchasing wholesale.
A collection of 15 exhibitors will be on hand to sell their beads, supplies, give demonstrations and answer any questions. Everyone who attends will want to get their digital Business Cards updated, and be sure to have information available to interchange with other bead and general craft enthusiasts.
Exhibitors will include shops such as ‘Two Sisters’, which specializes in artist crafted glass beads. ‘Ancient Moon Beads’ will also offer glass beads but will have materials like bone, pearl, cloisonné, crystal, along with kits, bracelets, charms and pendants. Exhibitors such as ‘Bead Gallery’ will sell a range of jewelry-making spanning everything from findings and tools, to buttons and beads. Many exhibitors will also have vintage beads such as Lucite beads too.
The event is scheduled for this weekend, taking place Saturday, April 23 from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm, and Sunday, April 24 from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm. It will be held at the Holiday Inn, 441 Electronics Parkway, Liverpool. Although admission will be $4, attendees can get a $1 discount by going to the event website.
