Nearby Minoa will be having its 4th annual Minoa Festival in the Park and Real Ribbon Run at the end of next month. The two events will be held on the same day, as has been the case in years past.
The run will be a 5K and there will be a one-mile walk too. Both activities will start at the Washington Lake House and will be run on paved roads. There will be raffles, awards, and prizes. This year will have a Teal Dash for Kids and after the race will be a family party.
Next up will be the Minoa Festival in the Park. The event will be free and offer live music arranged by I am Fool. Food and beverages will be for sale, as will be original crafts from local artisans. Classic cars will be on display and kids can enjoy a Kids’ Zone. Fireworks will be presented by Superior Seal and Paving, Inc.
Those who are interested here in Liverpool will want to mark their Calendars for Saturday, September 24. The race and the festival will be held in Lewis Park on the corner of Costella Parkway and Hubert Street on south Main Street in Minoa.
