The International Taste Fest and 5K 2024 will be combining running, food, and entertainment from across the globe.
Dick's Sporting Goods will present a 5K and 10K race on a course that will take runners on the Empire Trail and through the fairgrounds.
Registration will be $40 for the in-person 5K, $50 for the in-person 10K, $45 for the virtual 5K, and $55 for the virtual 10K. All runners will receive free International Taste Festival tickets, discounts on festival tickets for Liverpool family members, long-sleeved tech shirts sporting the event's Logo Design, racing bibs, finisher medals, and admission to the afterparty.
The 10K will start at 10:00 am and the 5K will begin at 10:15 am at the New York State Fairgrounds.
In tandem with the International Taste Festival's 5K and 10K races, the festival will feature vendors selling $2 food samples from areas such as the Americas, Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Full-priced dishes will also be available. There will also be live cultural performances and music.
Admission is $5 per person.
The International Taste Fest and 5K 2024 will support local businesses and charities such as the Food Bank of Central New York, the 3rd annual InterFaith Works of Central New York, and the Salvation Army. It will take place Saturday, April 6 from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm at the New York State Fairgrounds, Syracuse.
