Many Liverpool motoring enthusiasts will be heading to the NAPA Auto Parts Syracuse Nationals coming in mid-July. The three-day event is considered the Northeast’s largest car show.
On opening day, visitors can expect to see a car corral, no-prep drag racing, and exotic cars, and may participate in the swap meet. There will also be a Women’s World (with 50+ arts and crafts vendors), a free shuttle to Destiny USA Mall, Nitro Row Fire Up in the Midway Parking Lot, and a mini-Nationals model car contest. Live rockabilly will be from 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm in the Sparky’s Rockabilly building, with Live Bands in Nationals After Dark in the big tent in Midway from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
Vendors at events such as this often include Business Cards with their merchandise.
In addition to this, also on the schedule for the Saturday are a pin-up contest, an awards banquet for Designers Dozen, and fireworks.
Sunday’s line-up will repeat the first day’s activities and include American Muscle Sunday, live music from Gary Dunes on the Main Court Stage from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm, and closing ceremonies at 1:30 pm.
Featured events will include a Syracuse Signature Showcase of muscle cars, unique vehicles, and high-end vehicles, as well as the Antique Alley, Charity Brush Fest for the Ronald MacDonald House, and a poker run.
The Syracuse Nationals will run from July 15 through 17 at the New York Fairgrounds, 581 State Fair Blvd., Syracuse.
