Two events have been planned to raise funds for the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots for the Liverpool area.
Here in Liverpool, the Marine Corps Reserve and The Hades Hounds MC will hold an afternoon of food and drink at the Home Team Pub, 7990 Oswego Road. Guests are asked to bring new unwrapped toys that will be collected by marines during the event. This Toys for Tots event will take place this Saturday, November 25 from noon to 6:00 pm.
Jessica Lynn’s A Very Merry Christmas Country Christmas will also team up with the US Marine Corps Toys for Tots. This event has been the largest toy drive in the regional New York branch over the last few years.
Country star Lynn and her band have created a New York Tri-State area tradition with their Broadway-style production. The show also includes performances by local dance schools, instrumentalists, and choirs.
Parents often take pictures of their budding stars at events such as this and then take the photos to local Print shops to be added to family newsletters and Calendars.
Among renditions of holiday classics, Lynn intersperses some of her original Christmas hits and emcees holiday game segments that include audience participation. Winners will receive prizes.
Tickets range from $25 for general admission to $40 for VIP seating.
