Liverpool residents looking for something to do will be glad to know that Syracuse will be holding Winterfest 2020 for 10 days in mid-February.
Culinary Cruise tickets for the two weekends are available online for $5. This will be a shuttled service between eateries from noon until 4:00 pm. Attendees can vote for their favorite entrees, appetizers, and desserts. The winners will be announced at the After the Cruise party starting at 5:00 pm at the PressRoom Pub.
The Annual Cornhole Tournament is scheduled for February 16 from noon until 4:00 pm. Registration from 11:00 am until noon will be $80 for two-member teams. The activity will be held next to Hanover Square on Eat Water Street.
Kids will get their own entertainment on February 16 and 17, from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm at Marriott Syracuse Downtown’s Persian Terrace. The fun will include Snoozer the robot and his mentor Checkers the Inventor. Checkers will present magic, unicycling, high-energy comedy, interactive games, and his renowned Giant Balloon Stunt at multiple shows throughout the day. At 1:00 pm, The Secret Life of Pets will be shown.
Team Trivia Finals will take place at Marriott Syracuse Downtown at 7:00 pm, Hammond Jammin’ XV is from noon until 6:00 pm, and a Wing Walk takes place from noon until 5:00 pm, all on February 23.
