Over the next three months, CNY Sales & Marketing Executives will offer two online training sessions and an in-person 44th Annual Crystal Ball.
On Thursday, April 22 from 8:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Zoom, CNY SME will hold “Empathic Leadership: Living the Platinum Rule.” Michael Sgro will discuss four key aspects of human behavior. This knowledge can improve leadership skills, goal setting and communication. It can also help in solving an organization’s tension between morale and productivity.
On Thursday, May 20th from 8:00 pm until 9:30 pm, the CNY SME Zoom presentation will be “Aligning Values with Behaviors.” Viewers will take a values assessment before the session and use the top three to learn how to identify with them and put these character strengths into action.
The in-person 44th Annual Crystal Ball will honor Laci’ s Tapas Bar owner, Laura Serway. There will be a sit-down dinner, drinks and a silent auction.
Liverpool guests will want to get their Business Cards updated beforehand so they can have the cards ready for this networking opportunity.
Individual member tickets run $85 and non-member tickets will be $100. Tables of 10 run $795 for members and $995 for non-members. The 44th Annual Crystal Ball will be Wednesday, June 9th from 5:000 pm until 9:00 pm at Drumlins, 800 Nottingham Road, Syracuse.
