The last day of Wegmans Lights on the Lake at Onondaga Lake Park will be a few days into January.
The popular annual holiday event is a drive-thru light show spanning two miles of Christmas lights in the form of holiday displays, a gigantic Land of Oz, colorful lighted arches, animated scenes, a lighted fantasy forest, and a North Pole Station. The grand finale resembles a fairy tale. Holiday music to add to the festivities will be broadcast on Sunny102.
Tickets are $6 for Monday and Tuesday nights, $10 for Wednesdays and Thursdays, and $20 for the weekends. Minibus vehicles with a capacity of 17 to 25 people will cost $24, and larger motorcoach tickets with capacities of 26 or more passengers are $75.
This year all tickets must be purchased online before coming to the event. Tickets can be printed out or scanned at the venue from phone emails containing the QR code.
Guests can be part of the light show by purchasing $5 battery powered lighted foam sabers when they buy their tickets.
Sponsors for the event can have banner printing done or light displays created with the company’s Logo Design.
The Wegman Lights on the Lake Show is operating between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm until January 10 at Onondaga Lake Park, 6751 Onondaga Lake Parkway here in Liverpool.
