Annual Cupids Chase 5K returns to Liverpool

Runners, walkers, and supporters are gearing up for the 17th installment of Cupid’s Chase 5K, which will take place this February in Liverpool.

This yearly event is organized by Community Options, Inc. The group aims to generate funds to support individuals with disabilities while fostering a sense of community and inclusion. Sponsorship opportunities are available at various levels, ranging from $500 to $10,000.

The race invites participants of all abilities, which includes runners, walkers, and those using strollers or wheelchairs. Pet owners are also welcome to bring their leashed pets for the day’s activities.

This event will feature chipped timing to provide accurate results. Attendees should note that results will be published once the event concludes. Finisher medals will be awarded to all who complete the race. Trophies will be awarded to the three top female and male finishers. Additionally, first-placed winners in each age category will receive medals.

Those joining the event will receive a complimentary drawstring bag. To register and get additional information, attendees can visit the event listing. Banner printing may be used to mark key locations along the route of 5ks such as this one.

The Cupid’s Chase 5K will occur at Onondaga Lake Park, 106 Lake Dr, Liverpool on Saturday, February 8. Check-in will begin at 10:00 am, and the 5k will start at 11:00 am. It will take place rain or shine, so participants should dress accordingly.
