The 32nd Annual AIDs Run/Walk will be returning to Onondaga Lake Park in early June.
Registration for the 5k will be $40. The Kids Fun Run for children from the ages of 4 to 12 will take place from 9:00 am to 9:30 am, will cost $15, and registration will end June 2nd.
Along with the T-Shirts sporting this year's graphic design, participants will receive healthy snacks, and sponsor give aways.
On Race Day, check-in will be from 8:00 am to 9:00 am followed immediately by the Kids' 1K Fun Run. The Kids' Activity Area will also open at 9:00 am. The opening ceremony will take place at 10:00 am and the 5K Walk/Run begins right after. Awards and the closing ceremony will take place at 11:00 am.
Awards will go to the overall top female, male and non-binary finishers, top female, male and non-binary winners in each of six age categories, and to the team that donates the most fundraising money.
Race packets will be available before the race, from 8:00 am to 9:00 am.
Proceeds from the event will go to ACR Health's youth and family services.
Sponsorships are available at $500, $1500, $2500, $5000 and $10,000 levels.
The AIDS 5K Walk/Run and Kids' Fun Run will take place June 2nd at Saw Mill Creek at Willow Bay, 209 East Shore Trail. Pets on leashes welcome.
