Hewlett to enjoy day of festive fun
Hewlett makers will be on the guestlist for a local event that will add even more merriment to this festive time of the year.
This year marks the 2nd anniversary of the Once Upon a Holiday! Holiday Vendor Market & Children's Playland, where all ages are welcome.
When they arrive at the venue, the public will be invited to browse through the wide selection of vendor tables, and there is enough space for at least 70 small businesses. Attendees can shop for both holiday gifts and gourmet treats for parties and other gathering. A children’s play area will be set up so the kids can craft, make new friends, and meet costumed characters. Admission is free, and the children's zone will be open throughout the activity. It is scheduled to be held at The Samanea Mall.
Organizers of an event that includes the younger set may find the services of print shops to be helpful. They can provide everything from activity sheets to color in, to banners and special promotional products to give to each child to keep as a souvenir of an experience.
