Hewlett library to provide families with online entertainment
The Hewlett-Woodmere Public Library will be keeping children entertained this summer with a special performance by Jester Jim.
To help kick off their summer reading event, the Hewlett-Woodmere Public Library has enlisted the help of Jester Jim to put on a live performance online for kids of all ages. Jester Jim will be using his YouTube channel to broadcast his show to audiences to enjoy from the comfort of their homes. His performances are known for being very comedic, blending humor with juggling skills and other tricks to keep people entertained. Performers like Jester Jim can use poster printing to make ads that get people hyped for future shows.
Jester Jim is a juggler who performs at over 300 events per year and has even been voted as Best Family Show by Entertainer America. The man has a unique approach to his act, incorporating beatbox intros and a trunk full of props to make his show engaging. He has performed at numerous locations, including Suffolk Community College, Clinton Ave Elementary, and the Hartford Library.
The 2020 Summer Reading Kickoff with Jester Jim will be held on Thursday, June 18th from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
