Golf outing supports emergency services

The 30th annual golf outing of the South Nassau Communities Hospital will be held next week at The Inwood Country Club and the Hewlett Harbor-based Seawane Club. It will be honoring Francis X. Murray, the mayor of Rockville Centre.

The proceeds of the event will go towards the expansion of the Emergency Services Department of South Nassau. The organizers of the golf outing may have used various printing services to spread the word about this event and the support it is giving to people in the area.

According to Richard J. Murphy, CEO and President of South Nassau, the mayor and his family have supported the mission of the hospital for many years in its efforts to provide healthcare services of high quality to the residents of Rockville Centre and the communities of the south shore. He adds that the hospital is thankful for the mayor’s commitment, dedication, and leadership on behalf of the businesses and residents in Rockville Centre.

The events in the outing will include competitions for low net score, low gross score, longest drive, nearest to the pin, holes-in-one, and most accurate drive. After these afternoon events, there will be fine dining with a lavish buffet, fun, and camaraderie. Raffle prizes will be offered, such as tickets to professional sporting events and foursomes at the most prestigious golf courses in the area.

The outing will be held on Monday, June 16.
