Law company welcomes new Flemington partners

The Flemington based law firm of Nadine Maleski LLC announced recently in the Hunterdon County Democrat that both Katarzyna Zielinski and Adam Eisenhut have become partners with the firm.

The concentrations of the new additions include divorce, collaborative, family law, litigation, and mediation. Many firms, upon an expansion like this, find it necessary to invest in new business card printing.

Zielinksi focuses her law efforts on collaborative, family law, litigated and mediated paternity and divorce, as well as issues of parenting time, adoption, child custody, and income determination. She serves the Probate Court as Guardian, and has served the Honorable Ann. R. Bartlett as a Judicial Law Clerk. During that time, she also performed the duties of a court approved mediator within Somerset County. She presents law seminars focused on family law to the public of Hunterdon County, and is also active in the Chamber of Commerce in that area. She is fluent in both Polish and English.

Eisenhut’s practice is exclusively devoted to family law, including divorce and all associated issues, domestic violence trials, equitable distribution of debt and assets, and prenuptial agreements. He has been appointed a Guardian by the Hunterdon Court, and is also a court-appointed attorney for those who are allegedly incapacitated. He often serves as an Early Settlement Panelist in both Somerset and Hunterdon Counties.
