Flemington venue offers festive crafting class
This holiday season, a group of Flemington residents will be learning about herbs while they craft a handmade piece of naturally sourced decor.
Attendees in the Herbs and Crafts Workshop will each be making their own woven star, and all materials for the project will be provided. On offer thanks to Jersey Community Acupuncture, the event will run for two hours near the start of next month.
The facilitator for the session will teach how to prepare a woven star using reeds and other simple natural materials. It will be an opportunity to unwind, relax, and socialize while sipping on an herbal tisane. There will be a discussion about a variety of herbs and how they can be beneficial, and everyone can take their star home with them at the end of the activity. Those interested can participate on their own or with a friend.
