Residents of Flemington are invited to put on their dancing shoes and enjoy a night out in support of a local cause.
Hunterdon Helpline will turn
Main Street into a giant salsa dance floor where the public can enjoy live music, food, a vendor market and other activities while they dance the night away. A wine and beer garden will also be set up where those who take part can relax and have a drink with their friends, both old and new. Promotional Drinkware that has been printed with the event’s logo can be designed for use during functions such as this.
The free event has been planned to help raise funds to support the helpline, which gives comfort and a listening ear 24 hours a day 365 days a year. It also provides literacy services, a friendly visitor program, energy assistance and a variety of initiatives to aid those who could use a helping hand.
Last year the event attracted 5,000 people, and its organizers hope that this year, it will be bigger and better than ever. It will take place on July 16th on Flemington’s Main Street, starting at 4:00 pm.
