Parents who have received the news that another baby is on the way may want to sign up now for a refresher that will help them prepare for their new arrival.
Hunterdon Healthcare’s Flemington education center will be the venue for a class that will give current moms and dads a chance to brush up on their knowledge of how to have a healthy pregnancy, as well as labour, delivery and the postpartum period. The organizers explained it may also be helpful to anyone who has not previously given birth at the facility.
The participants in the workshop will be guided through a discussion of the birthing process, and the organizers explained that they will be encouraged to think about their previous experiences and what they learned. They will also receive a refresher when it comes to Lamaze and other relaxation and pain control techniques, and they can ask any questions they wish.
As many of the registrants for this activity will be busy parents, the planners remarked that it will only take one evening to complete. A printing services company can offer Brochures and other items to hand out during this sort of activity.
The fee to take a seat in this class will be $62 each, and it will be on offer on October 20. It will begin at 7:00 pm sharp, and it will be held at 215 NJ-31 in Flemington.
