In a few days’ time, the Hunterdon Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its 2014 Annual Business and Home Expo at the Power Time Sports Arena in Flemington.
The show will feature a wide variety of displays and information booths that showcase the area’s many different commercial establishments, restaurants, industries, and nonprofits. This will give community members a chance to talk to representatives of the different establishments and find out more about them.
One event that is always popular will be held again this year; the Restaurant Showcase will run during the evening. Visitors will be given the opportunity to try samples of dishes from area eateries, and vote for the one they liked the best. The winner will be presented with the People’s Choice Award and will have something notable to add to the company digital Business Cards.
There will be a small entrance fee to get in to the expo. Those interested in attending can visited the chamber’s website or offices and purchase a bracelet for $5, or wait until the day of the event, when they will cost $10.
An event like this provides an opportunity for chamber members to get to their business community a little bit better, and vice versa. A flyer printing company will be able to create informational pamphlets and other promotional materials for the public to take home with them.
