Flemington fundraiser to help pets in need

An event that will give animals a second chance is set to hit the links near Flemington, and it will benefit an area rescue and rehoming group.

Sammy’s Hope, which is a registered charity, will be hosting its 7th annual golf outing. Those who would like to get involved in the fun can choose to play, sponsor the function financially, or donate Corporate Gifts in kind to use as a silent auction or raffle prize.

The golfers will start their day with check-in and a light breakfast while they meet the other registrants, and after this, they will head to the course for a shotgun start to their game .
