Flemington families offered information evening

The educators who work in the Flemington-Raritan School District will be the hosts for an evening that will introduce families to the wide variety of supports and services on offer to them.

Thanks to an upcoming event, the Reading Fleming Intermediate School in Quakertown will be the place to be for parents who would like to be in the know when it comes to local resources. RSVPs are not required to attend the function, and the fair will be set up in the school gymnasium.

The activity will have a focus on education, and a variety of organizations will be taking part. They will offer support to young people as well as their families, throughout their school years and beyond. Mental health, language and speech, inclusion, Independent Educational Pans (IEps), and behavioral management at home are just some of what will be included in the evening, and bilingual resources will be in the mix too.

Information evenings give local organizations an opportunity to meet with a large number of parents. A brochure printing company will be able to provide a variety of informational publications for the participating groups to distribute that supply details about what they have to offer.

The Whole Child Community Resource Fair will run from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm on February 1. All local parents are encouraged to attend the function.
