Flemington foodies may wish to make plans now to be included in the crowd at the Flemington Rotary Rib Fest which will soon be held in the community.
More than 30 breweries will have offerings on the tasting menu for the occasion, and over 60 beers will be on tap. Food can be purchased and there will also be live music and other entertainment.
Both VIP and general admission sessions have been planned, and designated driver tickets are also available. As snacks can be purchased on site, guests are asked to not bring in any outside food. Ticket prices start at $10, and the proceeds will be used by the Rotary Club to help it and its members provide assistance to others.
The Beerfest will be open to those who are age 21 or over, and IDs will be checked at the gate. Each person who purchases a general or VIP ticket will be given a tasting glass that they can use to hold the samples of the beers they wish to try. This celebration of the local brewing community has been organized for the Liberty Village Outlet Parking Area in Flemington. It will be held on September 29, and will run from 12:00 pm until 4:30 pm.
