For many seafood fans, there's nothing like freshly shucked oysters, and these shellfish will be the stars of the show for a Flemington area gathering.
Unionville Vineyards has teamed up with Tiger’s Tale Bar and Grill of Princeton to bring its Oysterfest to the public. It's scheduled for late August, and last year's installment proved popular.
The guests sat the celebration will be treated to live music performed by The Hot Club of Philadelphia while the sip and savor the selection of oysters that will be served. There will be tents available for booking that can accommodate up to ten people, and chardonnay fans can add their name to the list of those who will be treated to a special reserve tasting. Tickets are $60.00 each, and members will receive a discount code. Blue Point, Princeton and Wianno oysters on the half shell will all be on the menu.
