The upcoming workshop will explore how a salon can use photography to attract new clients, embracing the saying “a picture tells a thousand words.” The registration fee is $249 each, and the session will be split into two sections.
During the first part of the class, the facilitator will share information and tips. Drawing upon her background in videography and photography, Shannon Demont will discuss topics including which settings work well for hairstylists wanting to showcase their work, and the use of lenses will also be on the agenda. In the second section of the workshop, everyone will get some hands-on experience with posing. While a camera is not required, participants are highly encouraged to bring theirs along if they have one.
