New mothers in Englewood have a recovery event to look forward to next month, which will help them set recovery goals and promote wellness after giving birth.
The Postpartum Recovery: Reclaiming the Body, a four-week series, is coming to Englewood to provide a welcoming and supportive opportunity to new mothers to promote strength, healing, and emotional balance after giving birth. It is open to women at all stages of their recovery journey who are ready to transition into the next phases of life and motherhood.
The gentle guide aims to use mindful movement, energetic alignment, and breathwork to work toward those goals. Attendees can expect to feel emotional and physical healing by attending each week of the series. Flyer printing can be used to place Flyers on bulletin boards and other areas with high foot traffic in town, increasing awareness of such events in the community.
The sessions will blend education with exercise, and students are encouraged to take the sessions at a pace they’re comfortable with. It’s also an opportunity for local mothers to build a sense of community. The exercise portions will help each mother build confidence and strength in their body.
The weekly class will run from Monday, March 9th, to Monday, March 30th. It will be held at Englewood Hospital in the Berrie Building. Tickets are available online for $100 per person.
