Iconic 1980s rock band takes to Englewood stage

Fans of 1980s music have begun preparing for an event intended to highlight one of the most well-known rock groups of the era.

Warrant will be performing for Englewood fans, and a considerable crowd is expected to attend.

Warrant originally debuted with their album Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinking Rich in 1989, and the song Cherry Pie was featured at the top of many rock charts soon after. Other songs for which this band is known include Down Boys, Sometimes She Cries, and Heaven. Heaven went on to be ranked #1 by Rolling Stone magazine, and it rose to #2 on the top 100 Billboard hits for a total of two consecutive weeks.

Known for its melodic rock style, the group continues to tour around the country, heading on to Florida and Nevada in the second half of July.

Organizers of festivals hosting well-known bands will frequently employ multifaceted marketing techniques to ensure that fans are kept informed. Some effective examples include commemorative poster printing, distributing Flyers in art venues, and paying for airtime on rock-oriented radio stations.

Warrant will be performing at Englewood on Sunday, July 12 at 7:00 PM. This concert will be held within the Bergen Performing Arts Center located at 30 North Van Brunt Street. Ticket prices begin at $49 per person, although fees may be subject to change.
