Realtors converge near Englewood

By providing educational materials and expert-led conversations on real estate and financial literacy, an event seeks to assist both novice purchasers and seasoned investors.

Organizers are listed as:

the 500 Men Organization, NY Women's Chamber of Commerce, The Gentleman's Factory, Harlem Community Development Corporation, Harlem Congregations for Community Improvement Inc., Neighborhood Housing Services New York City Inc., and RB the Realtor

The purpose of the event, according to the organizers, is to give participants current knowledge and useful tools to promote their professional and personal development in the real estate industry.

Participants will have access to vendor tables, breakout seminars, and live preapproval possibilities all day long. The homebuying process, credit building and restoration, down payment support, budgeting techniques, and using corporate credit to purchase real estate are important subjects. Poster printing would feature more event details.

A course called "Home Buying 101" will provide a comprehensive rundown of the mortgage application procedure, real estate searches, and budgeting. Another, "Building a Team 101," will concentrate on putting together a network of support that consists of mortgage experts, lawyers, and real estate brokers. The utilization of business credit in real estate, credit-building techniques, and the function of title insurance in safeguarding real estate assets will all be covered in later sessions.

The City College of New York's Great Hall, located across the river from Englewood, will host the 2025 Real Estate Expo: Financial Literacy Summit on Saturday, July 12, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
