Lovers of all things vegan, or just the curious, are invited to the upcoming Edison VeganFest to enjoy a day of festivities, food, and fun.
The event organizers say their aim is to talk to people about the benefits of living a vegan lifestyle, as well as promoting local vegan-friendly organizations and businesses. Attendees will be able to sample vegan foods, enjoy live entertainment, and watch cooking demonstrations. There will be plenty of activities for the children, and vendors such as Brooklyn Granola, Hanna's Meatballs, Gone Pie Vegan Bakery, and Harmless Harvest will be participating in giveaways.
Candace V will be handling the duties as DJ, and Neville's Quarter and Buntopia will perform. More than 80 vendors will be there as well, bringing a number of animal-friendly beauty and wellness products, as well as Apparel, educational resources, and health services with them.
The event will feature speakers as well, including Dr. Casey Taft, who advocates on behalf of preventing violence toward animals; Dr. Aysha Akhtar, a neurologist and expert on product testing; and Korin Sutton, a bodybuilder who lives the vegan lifestyle. Poster printing can be helpful at events like this, creating Signs that identify specific vendors.
Edison VeganFest will go on rain or shine, on June 15, from 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm, at the New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center on Sunfield Avenue. Tickets are $10 in advance or $20 at the door; children under 12 will be admitted without charge.Get a Free Quote for Signs Get a Free Quote for Apparel
