The Westfield YMCA serves as a community hub, and it has planned a pool party for December that will feature a special swimmer.
While the New Jersey winter weather may be frightful, those who attend the Swim With Santa will be enjoying a taste of summer sun. A selection of 30-minute timeslots is available. Any children who are age six or under, or who cannot swim, will need to have a parent or guardian in the water with them at all times.
This family activity will take place on one day only, and there will be crafting tables set up so the kids can enjoy even more fun. Parents who would like to register their child may do so in person at the Y’s Welcome Center or online, and the proceeds from the function will be used to offer services and programming to local families facing financial hardship.
Pool parties offer a fun alternative to traditional holiday soiree and with The Big Guy in Red in the mix, they can be even more exciting for the younger guests. A poster printing company can offer an assortment of decor options for a holiday-themed celebration.
Santa and his elves will be hitting the pool at the Westfield YMCA on Sunday, December 11. Timeslots can be booked during the afternoon.
