Westfield firefighters to benefit from fall golf fundraiser
The Westfield Fire Department serves the community throughout the year, and it has invited area golfers to be part of one of its signature annual fundraisers.
The organization has plans in the works for its 2022 in-person golf outing, and it is scheduled to be held at the Echo Lake Country Club. The activity will begin in the morning and continue on through the day, and everyone will be able to meet other golfers and have a great time.
The day will open with registration and a hearty brunch, and while they dine, the players will be able to network and get to know one another. At noon, everyone will take their positions for the shotgun start, and at 6:00 pm, it will be time to head to the clubhouse so they can take their seats for the meal and awards presentations. Those who are interested can choose to purchase a ticket for the entire day or just the dinner, and sponsorships are also available.
For popular golf events like this, swag for the occasions can be sourced from a local printer that supplies custom corporate gifts.
This chance to enjoy a day of golf while supporting the local fire service is scheduled for Monday, October 17. The registration desk will open to the players at 10:00 am.
