A flea market fundraiser helps to transform one person's trash into another’s treasure, and one of these events that’s set to be held near Westfield is now accepting table bookings.
The Green Village Fire Department and its auxiliary have made plans to welcome the public for a rummage sale, and it will be set up in the Green Village Fire House. A request has been issued that anyone who is not vaccinated wear a mask if they attend the function, and these must be kept in place at all times.
Those who come to the market will be able to browse through a large assortment of gently used items, and each time they make a purchase, they will be supporting the fire department’s work. Anyone who would like to book a table can do so for $30.00 each, which includes the use of a table and folding chair.
Placing Posters and other eye catching marketing publications throughout the area served by an event like this is one way that the organizers can spread the word to the public. These sorts of items will be available at local poster printing companies.
This chance to enjoy some second and shopping fun while supporting the efforts of the Green Village Fire House is set for September 25th. Early birds are welcome to arrive starting at 9:00 am.
